Cait's Story
Artemis Homes and Services was founded on a simple principle: every homeowner deserves honest, quality home improvement services at fair prices. As a woman-owned business, we bring a fresh perspective to the industry, prioritizing clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for your home.
After beginning her career at West Point and graduating from Northeastern University, Cait spent over 18 years in corporate leadership roles spanning aerospace and defense and the home improvement industry. She built her foundation as a Director of Project/Program Management in the aerospace and defense industry before being recruited to Lowe’s Corporate, where she took on a Senior Director of Project/Program Management and Operations Engineering role. In these positions, she led large portfolios of strategic cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on quality, operational rigor, innovation, scalable processes, and results-driven leadership.
Alongside her corporate career, Cait has spent more than 15 years completing home improvement projects, developing hands-on expertise in renovation, design, and property transformation. This real-world experience pairs with her strategic skills to ensure every project is executed with precision, craftsmanship, and lasting quality.
Cait holds an MBA with a double major in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and International Business, and an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She is also certified in Project Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and maintains an active NC Real Estate License, providing a comprehensive understanding of property value, investment considerations, and long-term asset stewardship.
Artemis Homes and Services was founded to bring aerospace-grade standards, proactive communication, and uncompromising quality to residential and commercial property services. Cait applies the same discipline she used in large-scale operations: clear scopes, realistic timelines, tight coordination, and attention to detail. This ensures work is executed efficiently, thoughtfully, and to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Cait is a proud mom, a devoted animal lover, and an active member of her community. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and supports local animal rescues.
